This youtube channel started out with an idea that, to date has not panned out the way I had intended. I wanted to leave a legacy for my two daughters for a time when Multiple Sclerosis puts a stop to my ability to teach them directly.
Since that time I have also been diagnosed as High-Functioning autistic, and I'm still coming to terms with how that affected my past and how it's shaping my future. I have had a youtube channel in the past, but in 2005 youtube was a different world, and so were the comments. After one video went viral, and so did the comments section, I walked away from it for years.
Having had several attacks of Multiple sclerosis over several years, one left me mostly blind in one eye, suffering from brain lesions, and struggling to walk. I was given a final diagnosis after years of uncertainty. Thankfully however, with ongoing treatment, I am able to walk, and see almost normally again - and now I make hay while the sun shines.
Now I'm trying to tick off my bucket list, and at the same time film my daily life that is fixing and modifying everything in sight. I'm not in this for money or fame, however I know what it's like to loose someone before they have a chance to leave a legacy, and I don't want do that to the people that care about me.
